I've had fun so far in China but for the next 2 weeks I will enjoy taking a break from broken english, people staring at me like a circus freak, men rolling their shirts halfway up their torso to combat the heat, women spitting, being racially profiled when trying to get a taxi, the ever present brown, smoggy sky and most importantly seeing things like this....

241 days, 22 hours and 40 minutes but who’s counting?
I wrote a 900 word blog but took it down after 9 hours because it was all over the place. If you want to read the original, I'll e-mail it to you. To sum everything up...I'm going home this Friday for the first time since September. I'm beyond excited to see all my friends and family and to eat spicy scallop rolls at Restaurant Japan.

That’s a live pig in the middle of the meat section of Wal-Mart. I didn’t dare ask what was going to happen to that pig. Full disclosure, I did end up buying pork chops to cook for dinner that night...I'm a bad person.
